RETURN

The costs for the return are borne by the buyer.

Items can be returned within 14 days.

If you have to return an item because it was delivered defective , we will check this on a case-by-case basis and reimburse the costs for the return shipment.

Please make sure you have a posting receipt issued and keep it safe!

Conditions for returns and exchanges:

  • Please do not return your goods freight collect or uninsured, if this is the case we will have to charge you for the costs.
  • Please make sure that the ordered products are in their original condition and that the associated label has not been removed.
  • Only goods that have been tried on for a size test can be returned.

    Worn or washed goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • The goods must be properly packed. If possible, please use our shipping carton for the return.

  • The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the return.

  • The invoice amount is always refunded to the same means of payment with which the order was placed.
